Aramark subsidiary IPS Rebates helps school districts get money back from the government after purchasing wholesale food items. For a nationwide trade show tour, IPS Rebates asked our team to build an eye-catching booth that showed how food and cash go great together.

I partnered with the co-owners of Triple B Hospitality on the creative launch of a new joint venture linking the Black-owned hospitality group with the nation’s largest food service provider in a commitment to promote holistic economic equity and bridge gaps in food service among diverse communities.

COOKBOOK

For the inaugural company-wide master chef competition, the whole agency came together to produce marketing collateral, including a cookbook and video promos. I was responsible for writing chef bios and massaging recipe instructions (hint: chefs can’t spell). For the coffee table book, we took home a Silver Award from In-House Agency Forum. The competition has gone down every year since*, and it’s a red-letter event that results in some deeeee-lish recipes.

VENDING PROMO

Marketing for a new line of vending machines that serve fully prepared foods and café-style coffees and smoothies. “Vending machine” sounds like a sad bag of chips left too long on the shelf. The new brand, Automated Eats, implies a fuller package.

CASE STUDY

To promote Aramark’s alignment with its collegiate partners in accentuating their missions and values, I interviewed a chef who started a kitchen garden above his campus with the help of the bio department.
